Shipping & Delivery

•    All orders placed before noon (Monday – Friday) will be despatched, subject to stock availability, the same day for next working day delivery. If for some reason we are not able to despatch the same day then we will contact you.
•    Orders sent on the next day courier will require a signature on receipt, please ensure there will be someone there to accept the goods.
•    All our deliveries are carefully packaged to ensure that your order arrives safely but sometimes our couriers do make mistakes. If you are unable to check your package in front of the delivery driver, please ensure that you sign for the goods as 'UNCHECKED' in the event of having to raise an insurance claim. All damages to goods must be notified to us within 1 working day from receipt or we will be unable to accept liability.

Returns & Replacements

•    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can understand and rectify the situation.
•    Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that colours and designs may vary. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, contact us and let us know, then return it (with your delivery note) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will send you a replacement or supply a refund.
•    Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been modified or used.
•    If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please call us on 01995 606 451 on receipt.
